IPAD trickery

The ipad.... hmm what to say, except ''Well played apple! well played!''
As a techno-forecaster I can arguably dedate why apple omited a camera on their new Ipad.
And... it is quite simple really, the latest breakthroughs in augmented reality is showing us a glimpse of the ''Ipad AR'' Simply put, make a brand new toy with 80% of it's true capabilities in version-1.  Fool about 10 million people into buying it, then 18 months later put out the brand new IPAD 2 with camera and a brand new capacity of running amazing Augmented Reality apps.  and make anothe billion dollars! well played apple!  - Jason Renaud
