At dawn it's dead chicken hunting time


Looking everywhere for dead chicken

A total of 5 runners are hired to hunt down the dead chickens, it costs them 1 rmb and are sold for 9 rmb (after conditioning)

storage of the dead chickens, in a sanitary fashion of course

So, 4 employees start plucking the feathers after being boiled in a nice rusted pot (for added iron and flavor!)

the smell is a little harsh, but the pay is good (I guess)

of course chimicals are added to decontaminat the chickens

then a little coloring

and voila! beautiful tender looking chicken! and then they are all ready to be shipped to europe!
